Our process is unhurried by design. Each chapter is a clear set of deliverables and decisions, made together—so that nothing about the finished home is a surprise.

Introduction
A private conversation at the residence. We listen to how the household lives, the constraints of the building, and the ambition for the work.

Chapter II
Feasibility
Our principals and a senior estimator return for a measured site review. We return a written feasibility study, a realistic budget envelope, and a calendar.
III
Chapter III
Design Development
Plans, elevations, material boards, and full specifications. We work alongside your architect, or lead the design ourselves with our in-house studio.

Chapter IV
Pre-Construction
Long-lead procurement, trade selection, permitting, and a detailed week-by-week construction calendar reviewed with you in person.

Chapter V
Construction
A dedicated project lead on site daily. Weekly progress reviews, a single point of communication, and uncompromising oversight on every joint.

Chapter VI
Stewardship
A reveal walk-through, a written care guide for every material, and an open relationship for the long life of the home.
